Lord Of The Rings: Alternatives

Citadel produced a significant number of alternative figures for many of the original mid 198Os Lord of the Rings Range, most of which are uncatalogued. These included Orcs, Elves, Dwarves and Deadmen of Dunharrow. The aim of this research page is to identify as many of the alternative figures as possible. Many of the figures shown here were later rolled into various Warhammer ranges once the LOTR License was lost. Later castings have the LOTR-specific information on their slotta tabs obliterated.
