This is the third of the 'adventure packs', sets of figures depicting characters mounted on horseback and on foot. This is a human male Barbarian player character, a class which first appeared in the AD&D rules in Dragon Magazine #62, Imagine Magazine #2 in the UK and was later published in the Unearthed Arcana supplement.

  Barbarian on foot. This is the foot version of the figure, unarmoured and wearing only a fur loincloth and belt, carrying a hand axe and a spear. A sling hangs from his belt and a dagger hilt can be seen protruding from his right boot.

  Barbarian mounted. The mounted figure is identically armed and (un)dressed, and is depicted about to throw his spear.

His horse is a sturdy-looking beast wearing simple harness and a fur saddle.
